Build change that actually lasts
Practical, evidence-informed resources for anxiety, relationships, parenting, and everything in between — made by a therapist who gets it.
Welcome to Let’s Get To It.
Hi, I'm the therapist behind Let's Get to It.
For the past eight years I've worked as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), sitting with individuals, couples, and families through anxiety, grief, conflict, parenting, and the ordinary hard parts of being human. I'm also openly neurodivergent — which shapes how I think, how I create, and why I'm so committed to making tools that meet real people where they actually are.
Before all this, I served in the Navy — a chapter that taught me a lot about resilience and showing up when it counts. These days my life is full in the best way: I've been with my partner for twenty years and married since 2012, we've got two kids, and a small menagerie that keeps us laughing — two dogs, four cats, two bunnies, and a bearded dragon. So the parenting, relationship, and self-care tools in this catalog aren't just theory. They're the stuff I live.
I built Let's Get to It to put real, therapist-made resources into the hands of the people who need them — clear, practical, evidence-informed worksheets you can actually use, without the waitlist or the gatekeeping. Have a look around, grab something free to start, and let's get to it.
